The best for last; This is my favorite! It's so long and flowy and graceful! It's quite refreshing in the way that its sort of a no nonsense dress. There's no extras, it's bare minimum, classic and timeless. There was also a similar one that was a sort of dove gray/ muted blue with a long sash which was also adorable. hahaha I haven't updated this for QUITE a while. Here we go, quite a good post which I'm hoping will make up for my absence :)
What a BEAUTIFUL coat! It would look absolutely open with a pair of dark wash jeans and a pretty camisole! It's also going to be in style forever, it's a classic trench coat with just a small amount of color. it's stunningggg. This dress is absolutely STUNNING. Bill Blass usually has some pretty interesting pieces, but nothing I've ever really been completely for or against. UNTIL I saw this dress. One of the nicest evening gowns I've seen for spring 2007. The only thing: I think it would have looked better on a brunette model. Still a beautiful beautiful beautiful dress. The first dress is probably my favorite dress ever. It's absolutely beautiful! Elegant but playful. Way to go Vera!
When it comes to skincare, I know I'm in good hands (well moisturized and freshly manicured at least) with June Jacobs products. Pretty Much the only products I'll use to clean my face. These are my favorite products everrrrrr.
The Cooling Cucumber Cleanser is Kind of Deceiving. I opened it and squeezed some out into my hand and i thought it had gone bad. It looks like pearlescent green curdled milk. This mask is a miracle worker!I swear I have never been so amazed by a facial product! I put this one on before I jump in the shower and wash it off at the end, it leaves my skin so moisturized - something I thought a mask could never do! The Cucumber Green Tea Toner, is prefect for my skin. My skin is painstakingly dry and pretty sensitive, so i need a toner that isn't harsh. You know that feeling you got when you were 5-years old and you were going to bed on christmas eve? You have butterflies in your stomache and you're sick with anticipation? That's how I feel when I shop for shoes. There's nothing I enjoy more than a afternoon to myself in Holt Renfrew, just me and my credit card. As I mention in my previous post, no one does shoes like Jimmy choo, Manolo Blahnik, and Christian Louboutin. To completley drive my point home; Here are three interpretations of a sexy, strappy, heel.
mmm, Jimmy's. This gorgeous pair of Jimmy Choo shoes have a 4 inch heel, a sexy ankle strap and cute ruched leather on the toe. It's the perfect shoe for cocktails with the girls, or dinner with your man. It doesn't hurt that the cut-outs on the side give your feet some breathing room either.
There's nothing quite like a pair of black strappy heels is there? nothing else could make you feel so sexy. It's an instant-outfitter-picker-upper.these are more delicate than the Jimmy's but equally as versatile. You could wear them to work, or dancing. They match with practically everything. HOWEVER, they do not match with anything: Terry cloth, made for sleeping in, made for working out in, sweat pants, and/or jog suits. This goes for EVERY PAIR OF HEELS EVER MADE. thanks :) back to the shoes.They have 4 1/2 inch heels, and the trademark red Christan Louboutin soles.
I saved my favorite pair for last! These Shoes are absolutely to die for. This is the type of shoe I imagine myself selling my soul for. Nothing could be better. These open-toed manolo's have a 3 inch heel and a sexy factor of 100%-but what manolo's don't? exactly.
One of my favorite artists Fiona Apple once sang "All I can see is red, red, red" and I couldn't agree more. Red is showing up everywhere recently, from head to toe in bold accesories and adorable accents. Here are a few cute pieces that have caught my eye recently!
In my opinion, there are three designers, who absolutely dominate in the shoe arena. They have completly mastered the art of footwear. To me; Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo are without comparison. This gorgeous pair of red satin Christian Louboutin's are going for a sum of 690$ US, but if you ask me, it's a small price to pay for such a fierce pair of heels.
This adorable clutch by Be & D fetches a whopping 3,200$ US. It's made of python and is accented with tarnished silver studs. There's nothing that awakens the little girl in me like oversized bows!
This is a gorgeous lipcolor! personally i've always favored a stain or a gloss than lipcolor. but this lipstick by nars is beatifully sheer! Nars Sheer Lipstick in Flaming Dust 23$ US.
